16. Learn about wikis and discover some innovative ways that libraries are using them.

Wiki is in Ward’s original description:  “The simplest online database that could possibly work.”

 Librarians Matter discusses a great library use for wikis - writing a conference paper.  Kathryn Greenhil  says it’s a great collaborative tool for working together quickly to get the job done.

And there’s a good list of Public Library wiki applications from the last PLA online.  It was shared as part of an excellent presentation I attended.

17. Add an entry to Infopeople’s Our 23 Web 2.0 Things wiki.
